Dear Friends & Family,
The 20th annual Denver Dumb Frinds League Furry Scurry is less than a month away! We will be walking on May 4th this year - to raise money to help homeless pets in the Denver area. We believe in this great cause, and are happy to support it!
Did you know that in 2012 they:
- Adopted out 16,301 animals
- Reunited 2,672 lots pets with their owners
- Neutered/Spayed 8,269 shelter animals, and 7,465 dogs/cats in underserved areas at little or no cost to their owners
- Fostered 2,841 pets
- Presented 714 humane education programs to 22,130 children and adults
Thank you to everyonw who helped us reach our personal goal of $1000, and our team (Bernese Mountain Dogs & Friends) goal of $5000. We're still collecting donations for this awesome organization. Don't forget - your donation is tax deductible! Also, check with your employer - they may be able to provide a matching donation!
