The Dumb Friends League Furry Scurry is an annual two-mile walk for animals that traditionally takes place at Denver’s Washington Park on the first Saturday in May. It is the Dumb Friends League’s largest annual fundraiser, with more than 12,000 people and 5,000 dogs joining us for the walk and raising funds for the homeless pets in our care. The Furry Scurry has become a tradition for many Denver-area residents.

Furry Scurry participants enjoy refreshments, contests, demonstrations and more than 150 pet-related sponsors and vendors at our “Flea-less Market.” Whether you are looking for the latest innovations in pet toys or a tasty treat from a local food truck, you can find it all at the Furry Scurry.

We’re celebrating the 20^th annual Furry Scurry on Saturday, May 4, 2013!

Washington Park, Denver, Colorado

REGISTRATION TIMES

Online registration closes at 5 p.m. on May 3
Day-of registration will begin at 7 a.m.
Walk will commence at 9 a.m.

Registration Fee: $50

EVENT FESTIVITIES

Enjoy refreshments and demonstrations before, during and after the walk.

Shop the Flealess Market for pet-friendly merchandise and services offered by more than 150 sponsors and vendors.

First-timer or pro, head over to the Zoom Room agility course for a run through the obstacles. Test your dog's speed at lure coursing and try for your best time. Open entries begin at 9:30 a.m.

Enter our Pet/Person Look-alike, Best Pet Kisser and Best Tail Wagger contests beginning at 10:30 a.m.
